desire to scale and build new programs that improve the performance of
the design team.
Capable of influencing key stakeholders to foster better alignment and
drive new programs forward.
Thoughtful, clear, and transparent in all forms of communication.
_ABLE TO_ actively listen to the needs of the team, remove blockers
and balance providing direction with inspiring independence.
Adaptable and will thrive in a constantly changing and ambiguous
